Indonesia’s first transit-oriented smart city development
On a new development site encompassing more than 100 hectares within BSD City, located on the outskirts of Jakarta, Syntelli is jointly promoting an urban development project with Sinar Mas Land, Indonesia’s largest real estate developer. Embracing the concept of Indonesia’s first transit-oriented development (TOD) in Indonesia, the project promotes development of a smart city that combines urban functions such as housing, commercial facilities, schools, hospitals, parks, and transportation hubs Simultaneously, we are exploring the possibilities of introducing urban services related to city portals, mobility, energy, and healthcare throughout the entire BSD City.
